Team

A business transformation partner, not a development shop.

We do not sell technology. We solve business problems with technology. OBS Intellect publishes the people because a mid-market owner asks who will still be there after the pitch.

Founder

Valentina Mochalova

Valentina founded OBS Intellect as a business transformation partner: understand the company first, then use AI and the licensed OBS Pulse SaaS platform to speed analysis and delivery, then implement the change and own the result. She sets development strategy. The company’s infrastructure uses the OBS Pulse line under a licence from the developer.

  • Company strategy
  • Digital twin SaaS
  • Product architecture
  • Market demand
Anna Volkova, Systems analyst at OBS Intellect

Systems analyst

Anna Volkova

Anna owns the first weeks of every engagement: who waits on whom, which field in the CRM or ERP is actually trusted, and where hours leak. She maps the operating process with operators — not only sponsors — then scores AI use-cases against data readiness, access rules, and payback. Output is a process map, a labelled sample, and a fixed-scope statement of work, or a documented decision not to build.

  • Process mapping
  • KPI baseline
  • Data readiness
  • Statement of work
Dmitry Orlov, Lead developer at OBS Intellect

Lead developer

Dmitry Orlov

Dmitry puts the model inside the system of record. He designs the production slice: typed APIs, PostgreSQL, retrieval or document extraction, and a human reviewer in the same workflow. Evaluation sets and cost caps are part of the build, not a later phase. Code and schema stay in the client tenant unless the engagement is the future OBS Pulse product.

One team from diagnosis to operations

  • Integration engineers

connect it to the existing infrastructure.

  • Support

    stay after launch.

The task does not stop at a specification

We do not hand a business problem to an engineer as a technical brief and walk away. Analysts and the product team work with developers for the whole project. That is how a diagnosis becomes a system that actually runs.

Value appears when technology changes a business process, a decision, or a customer experience. So we do not start with “which technology should we implement?” We start with: how should your business work in order to become more productive?

Not sure where your business needs AI?

That is normal. We will not start with a tool. We will start with an analysis of your business.
